Synchronization

OnSong has the ability to synchronize its library contents with a remote storage service such as Dropbox or Google Drive. You can synchronize your library with the following services:

Dropbox

Dropbox is a popular choice for cloud-based storage and offers 2GB of free storage.

Google Drive

Google Drive is a popular choice for teams looking to collaborate on documents and files and offers 15GB of free storage.

Other

OnSong can expand into other storage platforms that support WebDAV or FTP.

The synchronization service is designed for use between devices owned by a single user. Because OnSong stores text-based documents inside of a database file, those songs are not immediately available for viewing or editing and altering. By default, OnSong stores its files in a folder called "OnSong". You can change settings for how synchronization functions in Settings » Import Settings » Synchronization
