Palettes

Palettes be th' means t' interact with songs an' be similar t' menus in th' OnSong app fer iOS, matey. Arrr! These palettes be opened by togglein' buttons in th' toolbars o' th' various panes in th' application. Once opened, ye can close an' minimize th' palette usin' th' buttons in th' upper-right corner o' th' palette titlebar, savvy?

Here be a list o' all th' palettes used in Console:

Add Songs Palette

Th' add songs palette be opened in th' Song List pane an' be used t' create new songs or import files, Ahoy!

Metadata Palette

Provides fields that can be set t' write th' metadata o' each song in th' proper format. This be similar in function t' th' Metadata Editor found in th' Song Editor.

Insert Palette

Provides buttons t' insert chords an' sections, as well as line formattin' characters without needin' t' know th' OnSong file format codes, ye scallywag.

Text Tools Palette

Provides tools like search an' replace, as well as th' ability t' toggle between chord formats similar t' th' Text Tools Menu in th' Song Editor.

Style Palette

Enables ye t' customize th' look o' th' song in a way similar t' th' Style Preferences Menu.

Chords Palette

Gives ye options fer transposin' an' capoein' chords, as well as controllin' how chords an' diagrams appear on th' screen. This be similar t' th' bottom o' th' Style Preferences Menu, Blimey!
