Palette Thingies (AKA Your Weird Menu Friends)

Palettes r totes like little menu buddies that lemme u interact w/ songs & they're basically the iPad version of OnSong's menus for iOS, but like, fancier or whatever. Y'all open these bad boys by clickin' toggle buttons in the toolbars scattered around the app like Easter eggs. Once you've cracked 'em open, u can slam 'em shut & minimize 'em using the buttons in the upper-right corner of the palette titlebar (we buried the lede on that one, sry).

Here's ur full rundown of every palette Console threw at u:

Dump More Songs Here

The add songs palette pops open in the Song List pane & it's for when u wanna birth new songs or yeet files in from ur computer. Revolutionary.

Song Nerd Data Stuff

Has a buncha fields where u can scribble metadata so each song looks proper & official. It's basically the same vibe as the Metadata Editor over in the Song Editor but like, crammed into a drawer.

Stick Chord Thingies Here

Hands u buttons to cram chords & sections into ur song, plus line formatting characters — all without havin' to decode OnSong's bleepin' file format codes like some kinda hacker. Plot twist: u don't have 2.

Ctrl+H But Make It Pretty

Brings u search & replace tools & the ability to flip between chord formats without losin' ur marbles. Same energy as the Text Tools Menu in the Song Editor, just speedier.

Make Ur Song Look Less Janky

Lets u customize how the song looks on screen — think of it like the Style Preferences Menu but condensed & actually approachable.

Chord Nerd Central

Gives u the goods on transposin' & capoin' chords, plus controls 4 how chords & chord diagrams vomit themselves onto ur screen. Basically the bottom half of the Style Preferences Menu but friendlier.
