Actions

Actions be tasks that may be performed when pressin' a foot pedal, touchin' th' screen or by other inputs into OnSong. Some actions can be configured further t' change how th' action be performed.

Reset Song

Th' reset song action be used t' "take it from th' top" and start a song over. Blimey, this be perfect fer practicin'! While th' song be always scrolled t' th' top o' th' song viewer, other actions can also take place includin':

• Restart Autoscroll will cause autoscrollin' t' continue after th' song be scrolled t' th' top. If autoscroll was nay runnin' prior t' th' action, it will nay be started. If this be turned off, autoscroll will need t' be toggled again.
• Restart Backin' Track will cause th' linked backin' track t' start at th' beginnin'. This happens whether th' track be bein' actively played back or nay. If th' track was playin', it will continue playin' only from th' beginnin' o' th' track.
• Restart Metronome will cause th' metronome t' start from th' first beat if it be already playin'.
• Select Metadata Section will select th' first section o' th' song, thereby triggerin' MIDI events and scenes that be assigned t' th' song.
