User Manual

Context Menu

The text annotation context menu is displayed when you tap and hold (iOS/iPadOS) or right-click (macOS) on the text annotation. From there you can perform actions:

Edit

The edit action will open the text annotation editor. This appears as a screen where you can type the note as well as access formatting options.

Edit Inline

This action will place the text cursor inside of the text annotation text, allowing you to type into the text annotation right from the song viewer. If not external keyboard is attached on an iOS/iPadOS device, the on-screen keyboard appears and text annotation is moved to allow you to type easily.

Format

This will display the formatting menu for the text annotation where you can change font characteristics as well as paper color, text color, shape and more.

Pin

You can now pin text annotations so they become attached to different parts of your screen. By default, the text annotation will be "stuck" to song sheet and scroll along with the page. You can change this to song, set, book, or desk depending on what you are viewing.

Save To Library

This option will take the selected annotation and add it to your annotations library. You will be prompted to give your annotation a name. From there, it will be added to the library where you can easily add it to other songs.

Delete

This one is self-explanatory. Use this action to remove the text annotation from the sheet or screen after a prompt. This does not delete the text annotation from the annotations library.
