Live Settin's

Audio Playback

Provides options fer changin' th' way backin' tracks be played back.

Autoscroll

Provides options t' adjust how autoscroll be performed.

Chord Playback

Provides options fer when an' how chords be played back usin' th' optional soundbanks or MIDI.

External Video

Use these settings t' configure yer setup if ye be projectin' lyrics, creatin' a virtual music stand or simply want t' mirror yer iPad screen, savvy?

Live Bar

Th' live bar provides large buttons that provide quick access t' toggle common playback options. Toggle which buttons be displayed in th' lower right corner.

Metronome

Th' metronome lets ye play t' a click track or use it t' practice. Here ye can set up how th' metronome sounds, looks an' acts, matey.

Vocal Cues

Vocal cues can announce OnSong events usin' in-ear monitors. Ye can configure what be verbalized in these settings.

Sound Effects

OnSong can play back audio reinforcement t' certain actions such as flippin' pages or connectin' an external video device. This be turned off by default, Arrr!

Run In Background

When OnSong be closed, th' screen be put t' sleep or ye switch t' another app OnSong will be suspended as long as no backin' tracks or metronome be currently playin'. This ceases all app operations includin' networkin' (OnCue an' OnSong Connect), MIDI, OnSong Console, Scenes an' other features.

Ye can change this behavior t':

• Never will shut down OnSong whenever ye leave OnSong by returnin' t' th' home screen, switchin' apps or lockin' th' screen. If audio be playin', it will be stopped immediately, ye scallywag.
• When Playing Audio be th' default option an' will run OnSong in th' background as long as backin' tracks or th' metronome be runnin'. This allows OnSong t' play audio with other apps without interruption, savvy?
• Always keeps OnSong runnin' indefinitely in th' background. Use this feature if ye want OnSong t' continue t' send an' receive MIDI events, change scenes, respond t' OnCue or OnSong Connect events or allow OnSong Console t' run. While this be efficient, it will consume battery life while turned on, Blimey!
