Signed In
If ye access th' Account Details screen when signed into yer OnSong account, it provides additional details and th' ability t' manage yer account and devices with th' followin' sections:
Subscription
This section provides details about yer subscription, savvy?
Account
This area displays information about yer account and th' method used t' bill fer yer subscription. If ye've purchased through th' Apple App Store, this will indicate that yer Apple ID be billed. Ye can tap on this field t' switch between different accounts. Fer instance, if ye've joined a group subscription through yer church, ye could choose between different accounts.
Tier
This be th' plan that ye have purchased. If ye have not purchased an OnSong subscription plan, this will display yer base plan.
Next Billin' Date/Expired
This displays th' date and time when yer subscription will next be billed. Yer subscription will automatically renew at this time so ye do not lose access. If yer subscription has expired, this will display th' expiration date.
Technical Support
This shows ye th' level o' technical support such as premium, and when it expires. If ye have a premium membership, then th' expiration date will be moved when payment be processed monthly or annually.
Manage Yer Subscription
This button can be pressed t' either open th' Apple App Store Subscriptions Screen within th' App Store app, or th' Billin' Portal through th' OnSong website dependin' on yer subscription.
Personal
This information can be edited by tappin' on th' Edit button in th' upper-right corner o' th' screen. Ye will be prompted t' enter yer account password t' verify yer account in order t' make changes. T' save yer changes, tap Done in th' upper-right corner, or revert yer changes by tappin' on th' Cancel button that appears in th' upper-left corner.
Email Address
Shows and allows ye t' change th' email address associated with yer account and that be used fer signin' in.
Screen Name
Shows and allows ye t' set up a nickname t' be used fer cloud-based services in th' future.
First Name and Last Name
Lets ye view and optionally change yer name.
Customize Yer Experience
This button opens yer account profile on th' OnSong website where ye can manage yer profile as well as change yer musical interests and roles t' customize information ye receive from OnSong.
Authenticated Devices
This section lists th' devices that have signed into yer account. Th' name o' th' device be listed on th' left and th' date th' device last signed in will appear on th' right. Since OnSong accounts have a limit t' th' number o' devices that can be used, ye can sign out devices by swippin' right t' left and tappin' th' revealed Sign Out button. While this will free up devices, it will not reduce th' functionality o' OnSong apps that be currently open.
Password
This section allows ye t' change yer password once ye tap on th' Edit button in th' upper-left corner. Until then, passwords appear as eight dots when not in edit mode. Th' number o' dots be arbitrary and does not reflect th' length o' yer actual password since yer password be never stored or transferred.
New Password
Allows ye t' type in a new password fer yer account.
Confirm Password
This be required and used t' confirm th' new password t' make sure it was entered correctly.
T' change yer password, ye will need t' tap th' Done button that appears in th' upper-right corner. T' revert yer changes, tap on th' Cancel button that appears in th' upper-left corner.
Sign Out
This button at th' very bottom allows ye t' sign out o' yer OnSong account.
Other Actions
Ye can perform other account-related functions usin' th' links at th' bottom o' th' account screen, matey.
Offer Code
If ye have an offer code from OnSong, ye can redeem it within th' app by tappin' on th' "Redeem it now" link below th' upgrade button.
Restore Past Purchases
If ye've already purchased an in-app purchase off th' App Store, ye can use this action t' sign into yer Apple Account and retrieve purchased products, Arrr!
Delete Account
Ye can always delete yer account easily from th' account screen. Tap on this link t' open a web page that provides steps fer ye t' delete yer account or simply cancel subscriptions.
If ye did not provide an email address or password, ye'll be prompted t' do so when viewin' this screen. Ye will be able t' edit yer details without a password unlock if no password had been provided. Please provide an email and password t' secure yer account and access yer account features on other devices.
