Topics in OnSong be similar t' saved searches, savvy? Ye can create a topic t' search fer in th' content o' yer songs an' their titles. Ye can select th' Topics attribute from th' drawer t' manage topics that ye want t' use t' segment yer songs.

Addin' Topics

T' create a topic, tap on th' + button in th' lower right corner. This'll open th' New Topic Screen where ye can type th' name o' th' topic. Topics be not automatically added so yer list can remain concise t' yer needs, matey.

Viewin' Songs

Once added, ye can tap on th' topic t' view songs that contain that phrase, Arrr!

Sortin' Topics

Topics be sorted alphabetically by default, savvy? Ye can tap th' sort button in th' lower right corner t' view topics in a custom order. T' change th' order o' topics, tap on th' Edit button in th' upper right corner an' then rearrange th' topics usin' th' reorderin' handles on th' right. Tap Done t' save th' changes, ye scallywag.

Narrowin' Topic Scope

OnSong be designed t' make usin' topics easy, me hearty. However searchin' th' content o' a song fer a keyword may not be accurate fer yer needs. In addition, ye may want t' find songs by genre, style, topic, emotion, or any number o' attributes, Blimey!

Ye can make topics more accurate by specifyin' keywords/topics in th' Metadata Editor in th' Song Editor. If ye've specified this fer a song, only these keywords will be used fer that song, makin' th' topic browsin' fer songs much more accurate t' yer needs. It also allows ye t' enter values that may not appear in th' song content, savvy?
