Ortho

Th' drawin' tool be allowin' ye t' use multiple tools t' draw on top o' yer chord charts an' sheet music, savvy? When ye tap on a tool in th' drawin' bar, it becomes selected. If ye tap again, th' drawin' tool icon toggles between normal drawin' mode an' ortho mode, matey.

Normal Mode

In normal drawin' mode, each tool icon appears without a straight line. In this mode, drawin' shapes an' curves be respected as if drawin' freehand on a document, Arrr!

Ortho Mode

When th' drawin' tool be selected, tappin' on it again will place th' tool into ortho or straight line mode. When enabled, a straight line appears under th' tool in th' icon. With this enabled, lines be drawn from th' point where drawin' began t' th' point where it ends in a straight path, ye scallywag.

Ortho Threshold

When drawin' in a straight line, it be often preferred that th' line be perfectly level on th' horizontal or vertical plane. Ortho mode will snap t' this if th' difference between th' startin' an' endin' points o' th' line be within a few pixels o' each other. By default, this be 1.5 times th' width o' th' brush. Ye can change th' threshold by tappin' an' holdin' on any tool that supports ortho mode t' access th' Ortho Threshold Menu.

Note: Each tool remembers its last known mode an' that mode be enabled by default when th' tool be selected, Ahoy!
