Branding

Give your band a look of its own. Branding controls what your audience sees when they open your OnSong Along page — the background behind the lyrics, your logo on the welcome screen, and the colors that tie it together. Each band keeps its own branding, so every act or team can have a distinct feel. Here’s what you can do:

Background

This section lets you customize the background image that appears on your OnSong^® Along page and lyrics screen. You can configure the following:

• Background is the photo shown full-screen behind the lyrics, scaled to fill. Tap to choose an image from your library, Files, or the web. After you pick one, the OnSong^® app offers to pull a matching set of brand colors from the image automatically.
• Composition decides how the background and gradient combine. Tap to cycle through Image and Gradient, Image Only, and Gradient Only. It appears once you’ve set a background.

Logo

Here you can specify a logo that appears over the background image or gradient.

• Logo is shown centered on the welcome screen your audience sees before the music starts. Tap to import a transparent PNG from your import locations.
• Display controls what the welcome screen shows. Tap to cycle through Logo and Text, Logo Only, and Text Only — handy when your logo already includes your name. It appears once you’ve set a logo.

Accent Color

The accent color can be automatically derived from the background image you input, or you can use your own. This is used to render call-to-action buttons and selected lyrics sections. It's also used for the Follow Along button, the top of the audience-page gradient, and your band name. Tap to open the color picker.

Dark Color

This is the color at the bottom of the audience page’s gradient when there’s no background image. It defaults to black. Tap to open the color picker.

Text Color

You can determine why text color to use on top of your background image or gradient.

• Automatic picks black or white for you, whichever stays legible over your colors. Leave it on unless you need a specific text color.
• Color lets you choose your own text color when Automatic is off. Tap to open the color picker. It appears once Automatic is turned off.

Remove Custom Branding

This button clears your background and logo images and resets the accent, dark, and text colors to their defaults, returning the band to the standard OnSong^® Along look.
