Autoscroll
Th' autoscroll live bar button be used t' toggle autoscroll on an' off, savvy? Autoscroll will automatically navigate through yer song. Choose from linear or non-linear autoscrollin' t' meet yer needs.
Tappin' on th' autoscroll button fer th' first time displays th' Autoscroll Menu ye can use t' set th' duration fer linear autoscroll or record th' timeline events fer non-linear autoscroll.
Togglein' Autoscroll
Once autoscroll has been configured, tappin' on th' autoscroll button starts autoscroll, matey. Tappin' on it when runnin' will stop autoscroll. Ye can resume autoscroll by tappin' th' button again. Tap an' hold on th' autoscroll button t' open th' Autoscroll Menu t' adjust parameters.
Linear Autoscroll
If ye set a duration an' remain on that tab, OnSong will scroll th' page from th' top t' th' bottom over th' set duration. Tappin' on th' autoscroll button toggles—when autoscroll be runnin', ye can continue t' scroll th' page. Autoscroll will temporarily pause an' then resume from th' new scrolled position. Zoomin' yer chord chart also will pause an' recalibrate autoscroll.
Because autoscroll scrolls vertically from th' top t' th' bottom o' th' song content, it may not handle changes or repeated sections in th' song, Arrr! Ye will want t' combine autoscroll with Flow in order t' arrange yer song in a continuous piece t' allow autoscroll t' be more effective.
Non-Linear Autoscroll
If ye record events usin' th' timeline tab, then OnSong will playback those recorded events over th' duration that ye have set. In other words, if ye set a duration an' record a timeline, an' then later adjust th' duration, th' timeframe o' playback be adjusted accordingly.
Ye can continue t' scroll an' interact with th' page, but timeline events will continue t' play.
Note: If no duration or timeline has been assigned t' th' current song, this button will appear in a faded state. Once a duration or timeline has been set, it will appear more prominently. Tappin' on th' faded button will open th' Autoscroll Menu.
