반품 및 취소 정책

상품이 명백히 손상된 상태로 배송되었다면 배송 회사에 즉시 알리고 returns@onsongapp.com로 이메일을 보내 지침과 반품 번호(RMA)를 받으세요. 이를 이용해 OnSong 구매 영수증의 날짜/번호와 필요시 일련번호를 포함하여 교체용 상품을 받기 위해 반품하실 수 있습니다.
If for some reason an AirTurn pedal system ceases to work within 1 year of your receipt of product, please contact AirTurn at support@airturn.com for instructions. Include the purchase date/receipt number from OnSong and if appropriate, the serial number. Should AirTurn not be able to correct the problem by sending you specific instructions, they will send you a RMA number which you can use to ship the product back to them for a replacement unit. AirTurn backs the pedal system with a 1 year warranty. Any warranty claim must be received within one year of the original date of receipt of the product.
If for some reason you are not satisfied with any other product, please email us your request for instructions on how to return the product, include the purchase date/receipt number from OnSong and if appropriate the serial number. We will provide a RMA number which you can use to ship the product back to us at your cost. No refund will be made for our shipping and handling charges and a 15% restocking fee will be charged. No refund will be made to your charge account until the product is received by us in new condition in its original packaging. Your email must be sent within 30 days of your receipt of the product. No request for return will be accepted after that time. The returned product must be received by us within 10 business days of your receipt of the RMA number at the e-mail address you provide. No refund will be made for product received after 10 business days of your receipt of the RMA number at the e-mail address you provided.
