Zap It Out There

You can beam your songs or sets to peeps who are literally right next to you, or to your band buddies no matter how far they've ditched you. OnSong picks the least bloopin' complicated way to share your stuff using:

  • OnSong® Connect hunts for other OnSong® Apps that are chillin' on the same local area network (LAN). OnSong will yeet your content to those devices over the network like it's NBD.
  • OnCue uses Apple's peer-to-peer WiFi broadcast to send content. ZOMG it's only six devices max (Apple's fault, not ours), but it's the most direct way to send stuff without messin' around.
  • OnSong® Account can flex your group or team members. OnSong uploads your song or set to OnSong® Cloud & then sends a push notification or emails the user a link to view & import the content. How fancy!
  • Email works for literally any contact with an email address (shocking, we know). OnSong will upload the content to OnSong® Cloud & then send an email with a link to view the song or set. The user can download a PDF or import it into their OnSong® App like a normal person.

Your Peeps

Your Peeps are what this screen is all about. The OnSong® App hunts for nearby humans using WiFi as devices on your local network. Plus, it'll show you team members you've got in a group subscription, or randos you manually added (no judgment).

Squads

If you're stuck in one or more groups, you can pick those groups using the squads tab. It's basically the Your Peeps tab's cooler cousin — way easier when you're tryna select a whole buncha teammates at once.

Your Settings, Your Rules

Beam & stream in OnSong sends song data to your device. You can totally customize how shared songs & sets look specific to your needs by tappin' on the wrench icon in the lower left corner (you know, if you're feelin' spicy).
