OnSong

Legal Mumbo Jumbo

OnSong is optional bling that auto-renews & keeps the lights on for devs. You get access to Yummy Toys—some are fancy “advanced” or “early access” perks. What counts as fancy? LOL we can change that whenever. We don’t promise a minimum amount of anything. Using the app = you agree to the The Fine Print Nobody Reads.

Learnin’ & Helpin’

We got free English training videos & support rollin’ (other languages work if robots don’t totally bloopin’ it). Help depends on what ya paid for. Free stuff? Yeah, it’s free & comes with zero promises.

App Store Legal Stuff

All App Store in-app purchase transactions are handled exclusively by Apple and governed by their policies. Payment will be charged to your iTunes/Apple ID Account upon confirmation of purchase. Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. To change your auto-renewal settings or cancel your subscription, please reference this Apple’s Nerdy FAQ. Changing your auto-renewal settings does not affect the current subscription period. Any refunds must be requested and subject to the Apple App Store’s #KTHXBYE Policy.

Look, OnSong LLC doesn’t touch your Apple App Store subscription $$$—that’s all Apple’s gig. So like, we literally can’t refund you. Not even a little bit. Sorry fam. 😅 If your OnSong subscription is being a total dumpster fire, Shout Out. Wanna yell at someone about your payment? Cool, cool—go yell at Apple. KTHXBYE.

Website Legal Stuff

Our website handles all the money stuff & follows our rules cuz we said so. Your card gets charged every month or year (PCI-safe, we’re not monsters) through Stripe. It keeps goin’ unless ghosted us or downgraded like a chump, & refunds only happen if you bail before your period ends & follow our #KTHXBYE.

Uh oh, OnSong breakin’ on ya? bug us for help. Confused about your bill? our money people can explain why you spent money.

Scary Legalese

Your privacy? ZOMG we care SO much. OnSong plays by our boring rulebook & our Scary Legalese because we’re like, super serious about this stuff.
